Definitely my favorite Mack record

"And I've got all his stuff. I've got all these high-profile Rollin' Rock compact discs. I've got his stuff on the genius Freedonia label, the On The Hill record, etc. So when I say this album's my favorite, I'm saying I have to dig through lots of Mack's stuff to determine a winner. Mack sounds really sharp here, as usual. I guess what separates this record from the others would be the songs. Just a tasty rockabilly meal for this hungry fan."

You will love this CD just like I love this CD!

"You should buy this one, man. It's top shelf rockabilly from Mack Stevens. His song "Hate and Gasoline" is flat out perfect. Mack can sing kind of dark and spooky ... he can sing wild and wacky ... he can do it all. And the solid backing band brings plenty to this table. Growling and barking during "Big Dog Rock," wow, this is one to order."
