"This strange sounding song Let's All Chant was one of the biggest club hits of 1978, hanging around the disco charts for months and even reaching the top 20 of the sales chart, at least in the UK. It is hard to define the music, it IS a chant with an insistent beat and girly vocals in a sort of swirling, circular motion. Very hypnotic and exotic, it was Zager's one and only chart hit as far as I know and has been revived many times by later dance artists, but none of them managed to capture the magical essence of the original. The song Angel Eyes by Lime is a classic electrodisco track but from a later era, around 1980 I think. These songs are a must for any dance collection and ideal for a 70s disco party."
