Luke Elliot has been playing music for the past fifteen years. "Death of a Widow," his debut EP, is the culmination of several live recordings performed in Lawrenceville, NJ. Wails of lap steel and piano thundering, together with Elliot's vocals flirting on the edge of pop, classic lounge jazz, and Americana wrap together to seduce the listener in hooks even that would make even the most seasoned top 40 band blush. With the release of the EP in March of 2009, Elliot is back in the studio recording a full length album. He can be seen playing throughout the Northeast with a rotating group of musicians.
