"I've been a huge fan of symphonic metal since I heard "Ancient Forest of Elves" by Luca Turilli, and it was still my all-time favourite even after getting into his other music, along with Rhapsody, Blind Guardian, Freedom Call and etc. Then I bought this album and listened to it the whole way though and totally fell in love with it. This has to be one of the most brilliant albums ever! It's amazing how Luca can compose; mixing the heavy metal of guitars and drums with a Celtic-like symphony type of music with the harpsi and violin and all. And the lyrics, when described with words, can only be said as one thing: Awesome. In the first 4 tracks (even though track 3 is an instrumental) he's telling a story, which as I have been told started in some of his other songs and continues in the album "Prophet of the Last Eclipse," so this is also a good one if you're into fantasy and sci-fi all that fun stuff. Out of all these songs, which are all the top of the line, I'd have to say my favourite would have to be "Black Realm's Majesty." So, what I'm basically saying is, even if you haven't heard any of these songs, BUY. THIS. ALBUM. You haven't lived until you've heard Luca Turilli's work."
Beautiful, simply beautiful

"This is a stunning CD, a must have for any symphonic/power metal lover. Intense vocals bring out the power in the lyrics and go perfect with the outstanding chorus and orchestra. You don't get much better than this CD, though it only has few songs, NONE will get old, and it will be a cherished adition to your collectionl. Take it from a true metalhead. 5 STARS!"
