Subject: I have found a CD that I think you would enjoy
Lou Christie was alive and well during the late sixties!!!

"Falsetto-pop certainly took a hard tumble sometime back in the late sixties--left bruised were the likes of Lou Christie, Brian Wilson (and his brothers), Frankie Valli and a number of artists who were less prolific. They disappeared because they weren't seen as hip or relevant by the self-serving rock press. The often fickle record-buying public agreed...and ultimately they disappeared from the airwaves.
But if you were a hard-core Lou Christie fan you knew that he was still recording; however, his recordings were not always easy to find.
UK BMG/Camden/Buddah finally rectified the situation in 1998 for the CD market with this 22-track gem with wonderful sound and excellent liner notes. Unfortunately the shelf life for this CD was short-lived. Find it if you can. If you liked Lou Christie in the early-mid sixties but missed out on his later material, then you will certainly enjoy "Gonna Make You Mine.""
