Following up a gold record in the U.K., Lostprophets return to the U.S. to release their fifth studio album, Weapons, on Fearless Records. Through their four previous releases, Lostprophets have grown, both in songwriting and success, stacking up a dozen or so chart topping singles and selling over 3.5 million albums worldwide. Bolstering hit singles, Last Train Home and Rooftops, which topped the charts in the U.S., Lostprophets return with their new single, We Bring an Arsenal. Recipients of multiple Kerrang! Magazine awards including 2010 s Classing Songwriters Award, the Welsh rock band have become one of the UK s biggest rock bands, gracing countless magazine covers and headlining stages at Reading and Leeds (2010) and Download Festivals (2011). Weapons will be the highly anticipated first North American release since Liberation Transmission, and will be available on June 19th, 2012. The Album was recorded in North Hollywood, CA at NRG Studios with producer Ken Andrews. The Lostprophets on this summers Vans Warped Tour as well as on a full national U.S. tour this fall.
