"Los Zafiros put together some interesting sounds. They mix Cuban rythms and bossa nova sensibilities. They were also heavily influenced by the doo-wop coming from the US, and they transformed each of these into a new unique sound. Beautiful harmonies and great enery. At the same time the sound is incredibly intimate and genuine. And fun to listen too. Highly enjoyable record.."
