"I can't recommend Merl Saunders or this live album enough for those who enjoy the fusion of funk, rock, and progressive coming through the piano, synthesizers, Hammond organ, and electric guitars. Merl, Melvin, and crew play extended jams longer than 10 minutes on Strugglin' Man, It's In the Air, Dark Star, Finders Keepers, Fire on the Mountain, and 19 minutes on Merl's Tune. And Melvin takes us to church with a killing Hammond B-3 on Whiter Shade of Pale. Total time for the two discs is 2 hours 11 minutes (2:11:02).
