CD Reviews

A little weird, a little groovy, a hell of a CD!

(5 out of 5 stars)

"This CD seriously kicks $#@! The band reminds of Phish on steroids or Blues Traveler on some kind of heavy decongestant. It's the thinking man's alternative to thinking. I heard their show at Mama Kin's in Boston and it was INCREDIBLE. A band with a sense of humor, a sense of style, and a sense of DA FUNK!"
Stick-to-your-ribs, brain-tickling tunes!

"I like Phish, and was directed to Liquid Playground as a "Phish-type" band. Well, I have to say I enjoy "A Shimmer of Glope" more than any recent Phish album. It's got energy, excellent jams, and exceptionally weird lyrics. These boys are going places, and I don't just mean next years' Further Festival!"
Terrific, fun, and emotional; Fly Me to the Moon touches me

"Liquid Playground never fails to amaze me ! Exciting, breathtaking and fun all at once. Many of the songs have a special meaning for me. I wish it would never end."
