CD Reviews

Move Over Enigma! The successor is here - Kindel
Petar Vodogaz | Sydney, NSW Australia | 06/14/2005
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I purchased this album 'Emerge' straight from the seller who actually was Kindel, the creator of this wonderous, beautiful, hauntingly enchanting and magnificient vocals. It feels like God sent his most cherished angelette down to Earth to sing for us, Kindel has a wonderful voice, sends me into joyous shivers one minute and into a epiphany where I want to sing along with her. This CD has 14 tracks and the 14 songs are truly breathtaking in sound and in her vocals. I loved the song 'Lifeless, Emerge and Elf' from the beginnings of this album her second in what I believe will be 5 albums all together and I know already that I will get all 5.

The music blends a number of styles and genres together from rock, ambience, industrial to a bit of lite trance and electronica. They are all mixed and it comes out sound very beautiful and listenable. The remixes on this album also do the original songs justice and add to the overall CD experience. Any fan of Era, Enigma, Delerium and Lesiem will love this artist and her beauty that shows in this fabulous CD.

Also the last song is a favourite of mine, 'Cascade'. It ends the CD in a great note."

"I don't know about comparing any similarities with enigma but yeah... this is definately better. I wouldn't normally rate an entire album based only upon a few of it's tracks, however I want to let you know that this album is so different from anything you'll ever hear. There's something very unique about it. It's the diversity from track to track blending beautifully. I recommend that you listen to the sample tracks for this and really pay attention to tracks 2,4,7,8 and 12. I found these to be the best tracks and worth the price of the album alone."
