No Limit To The Hotness...
A. Benjamin Irby | ContempoGospel Headquarters - [Brooklyn, NY] | 03/26/2001
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This album is hot! It brings welcome changes from Dillard's last offering "Worked It Out", this album has Nu G's famous vibrato and Chicago style with a twist of urban influence. The album starts off with "The Holy Place", a rousing song, narrated by Dillard. The album continues into the remake of a Ricky Dillard & Nu G favorite "You Oughta Been There" and later, "The Promise". The album continues into "No Greater Love", smoothly lead by Nu G member, Charnetta Richardson. Other standouts on the CD are the urbanized joints "Oh The Joy", "No Limit", which features Nikki Ross, of Texan, Shawn McLemore's New Image, and the house music inspired "That's Just Like Him". There's also the destined to be New G hit "No Condemnation", a rousing, majestic song, which combines New G's vocal skills with lyrics straight out the word of God and "God's Will Is What I Want", which mixes Dillard's Chicago flava with some classic New York modulation. Maybe Dillard gets it from hanging out at what he describes as his second home, Hezekiah Walker's Love Fellowship Tabernacle. This album is definitely one of the best of 2000, and worth the three year wait."
Absolutely the Best!

""No limit" is sheer energy and creative ministry at work. From the first cut to the last, you can discern the anointing upon this recording. Ricky Dillard and New G are simply the best! Be sure to listen to "No Greater Love", "Why should I be bound" and "If we faint not". If you're a Ricky Dillard Fan, this new CD will simply amaze you. I could go on, but I'll end with this: I wish there was a video of this recording!!"

"I think this cd is the best that Ricky has put ou there, so far. No Condemnation & No limit are my favorites on the project. If you don't have this cd you need to get it. It was a must that I got it and I'm glad I did because I was truly blessed by "New G". Mr. Dillard, please continue to do the work that the Lord has called you to do. Please don't stop making the cd's because y'all know y'all be "sangin'".....sho nuff baby....I love "New G"! YES I DO!"
