With her clear and sometimes haunting vocals set against intricate yet subtle guitar work, soft percussion, and other ear candy, the CD has a way of elevating any mood. Lily's lyrics are strong and honest, while at the same time optomistic. Her cover of Buddy Holly's Well All Right is a light-hearted, nicely grooving rendition. This is a beautiful record.
