Lost in a daydream, Lewis Ross was visited by his Acoustic Muse, and woke to find himself surrounded by an ensemble of acoustic instruments featuring guitars, mandolins, a mandola, a mandocello, a dobro, and a Weissenborn. Gleefully yielding to her spell, Lewis took these warm and woody instruments and meticulously orchestrated and recorded all these great, groovin' popular tunes. The result is magical and fun, fresh yet authentic, and clearly the work of a master musical craftsman under the influence of a very clever and caring muse.
