Synopsis

Album Description
An honest feel pours out every time Last November takes the stage. Their fans are absolutely amazing, and their word of mouth has pushed the band to true heights. Having played local, college and major area venues in Atlanta, as well as regional shows around the south, Last November has taken all the beauty and the beast the road can offer. Their intention of spreading their sound by just continuing in their efforts is truly paying off with the band?s signing to Southern Tracks Records and the release of the group?s debut CD, All the Gory Details.Through amazing word of mouth, north Georgia-based Last November has created a major buzz within the span of just six months, with their music having already been featured on MTV?s "Real World" and other shows, as well as a recent appearances at the Vans Warped Tour 2006 and Atlanta radio station Star94FM?s "Star Fest," playing alongside such artists as Train, Pink and Aqualung. Last November is fueled by the passionate voice of lead singer/guitarist/songwriter Luke Pilgrim, who first stepped on stage with a guitar in hand at age 11. Since the band formed, Pilgrim?s honest, thought-provoking lyrics have connected loudly with the indie rock audience. Additional members of the band are Jimmy Bradley on bass and vocals, Chris Jones on keyboards and vocals and Taylor Woodruff on drums and vocals. "Since the band got together, people would always ask us, ?what kind of music do you play,?? and we would respond, ?uh rock? - or we would all spout out different styles of music that we incorporate into ours," says Pilgrim about the band?s sound. "We never really thought about what genre we wanted to be. We just wrote music and always tried to avoid putting a label on it because, inevitably, that label would keep us from growing."All the Gory Details was produced by Luke Pilgrim, recorded at Tree Sound Studios in Atlanta and Muff Music Studios in Cleveland, Georgia, and mixed and mastered by Rodney Mills (Butch Walker, Pearl Jam, Drive-By Truckers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc.).
