The wonderful songs of wodehouse

"this CD has given me endless pleasure.It's extraordinary that so many of these songs have only just come to light after so long. Wodehouses lyrics are sublime and matched by the best music of Kern and Gershwin. Hal Cazalet and Sylvia McNair give lively performances and Steven Blier plays like a dream at the piano.I cannot recommend this CD more!!!"

"A fabulous introduction to Wodehouse's career as a Broadway lyricist. Lara Cazalet's rendition of "Bill" is worth the price alone, and Hal Cazalet and Sylvia McNair bring a wonderful light touch to the more humorous pieces."
