Great Flute Music From A Different Composer

"Another composer from Beethoven's time was Kuhlau. It is very hard to be remembered after Beethoven, but Kuhlau was a very gifted composer in his own right. Pettway and Transue take you through some of this composer's flute sonatas which are very beautifully played to make for a fantastic listen. Informative liner notes are included and I would certainly reccomend this recording for anyone that enjoys the music of Beethoven's era and wants to hear something by a different composer."
