CD Reviews

French disco at its finest.
E. Filson | Chicago, IL | 07/05/2002
(5 out of 5 stars)

"All right, the album isn't a breakthrough. Yes, it sounds a hell of a lot like Daft Punk's straightforward discohouse tracks half the time and the other half sounds like a Depeche Mode or New Order instrumental house remix. But this album is consistently excellent throughout and would be welcomed on any dance floor. The tunes are French disco house and vary from 126-133 bpm. There's not a lot of variation and you probably wouldn't put this on to listen to it the whole way though, but that's not why this record was made. It was made to make the dancers happy and that's exactly what it does."
