CD ReviewsJust The Facts is the MAX! 12/04/2001 (5 out of 5 stars) "I was turned on to this CD by one of my friends who is a music lover like me. It may be their first CD but you could tell they have been working at their craft for a long time. The music was very tight in its production values, making for great listening. The vocals along with great guitar licks, jazzy bass and great sax really fit right in for my love of jazz and the pleasant Christian overtones. It's great for listening at home or in the car. I hope that the radio stations will pick up on this new CD and give it the air time it really deserves. It was the best bang for my buck I have gotten on a new CD in years. How refreshing. If you don't like good music, a new sound and just plain old feel good, this CD isn't for you. Your loss I'm sure. Personally, I hope their is lots more to come from Just The Facts." Unconvential contemporary jazz Mark Sandeno | Phoenix, AZ USA | 12/04/2001 (4 out of 5 stars) "This is an contemporary jazz album that hasn't read the "guidebook on being a conventional contemporary jazz album". Thank goodness! It's a pleasant and energetic mix of light jazz sounds with fusion and rock influences peeking around the corners. Soulful and reflective on one hand and agressive and slightly edgy on the other. One of my favorite song starts by reminding me of Miles Davis and then morphes into something I might have heard Charlie Parker belt out before." Great Album for Just Kicking Back Mark Sandeno | 12/01/2001 (5 out of 5 stars) "Ever want a CD that you could just play over and over when friends are over, while driving long distances, just trying to relax after a long week? This CD has a little bit of everything...smooth jazz, a mix between Miles Davis and Kenny G with some original flair on the instrumental tracks. Nice gospel message on the vocal...very enjoyable CD."
