Just Surrender Hasn't Surrendered

"Every once in a blue moon you come across a band the still has that pure sound that you heard the very first time you popped in their EP in your stereo, Just Surrender still has it. Everyone talks about the evolution of bands as they pour out more and more albums but Just Surrender is a prime example of how to keep the original sound in your music while being creative and lyrically fresh. That being said of course the whole album is not 1# hits but with all the dribble being praised with 5 stars albums out there how can you not give this album at least a 5? I'm not gonna rate every song, but i just cannot get enough of track 6 Your Life and Mine. Very impressive album fellas, definitely a pleasant surprise."

"This CD certainly isn't musically complex but I'm not really looking to go out and buy a CD for that reason. Rush is extremely good musically but I hate their music because it isn't catchy. This CD is very catchy. Songs 1 and 5 are extremely addictive. It definitely isn't the same sound as their last CD but you can still hear their style in it too. If you are looking for something that you can listen to over and over this is a good CD. If you are looking for something cutting edge, don't spend your money."
