"The music of this CD will transport you, like it did to me, to a wonderful world in which the Spanish roots of the Cuban music meet it's African counterparts. Jose Maria Vitier brings together a unique group of seasoned and well recognized musicians as Miguel Anga, Tata Guines, Lazaro Gonzalez, Sylvio Rodriguez, Sergio Vitier, and Miriam Ramos. The voice of Miriam Ramos resembles a sweet, melodic murmur in the song "Cine de Barrio". I enjoyed the Sound track of "Straberry and Chocolate" but I really loved Habana Secreta. A Must Listen CD!"
