El mejor en los ultimos tiempos !

(5 out of 5 stars)

Best in last years !
Prince of the Song's best CD in the last years, writed and produced by another superstar: Juan Gabriel, this CD has a great selection of mexican's songs along with Mariachi: Como hacer para olvidar, a true classic, Madre solo hay una, and romantics songs like: Cada vez y cada vez, Ya lo sabia, Que bonito amor, Como ya no me amas...stop reading and buy it, is a most buy for all romantics music's lovers."

You will not find a bad José José album. "Tenampa" is different, because is "ranchera" music , with great arrangements. Cada Vez Y Cada Vez is soft and cute. "Ya Lo Sabia" is the less "ranchera" and is maybe the best song of the album, with good voice domain and rythm. Como Hacer Para Olvidar, and Madre Solo Hay Una, two good songs with a great mexican sound. In Como hacer para olvidar you also will listen Juan Gabriel and José finishes with a good end. "Necesito Un Amor" is a song with all the Juan Gabriel style, maybe like the "Ahora no" from the 70's. The duet with Juan Gabriel "Que Ganaste Corazon?" is not very good, the volume of the voice of José José is very low. In "Virgen de San Juan de los Lagos" and "Es un angel" are not great. Buy it, with this album José José shows that he can sing different styles of music, like we say "he doesn't sing bad the "rancheras" songs"."
He can still do a lot better!

"I own every single CD ever recorded by José José therefore I have the audacity to believe that I'm quite familiar with his voice, his talent and his style. No, his voice is not quite as strong as it was, let's say, twenty years ago. But, I saw him in concert about a year ago and he showed that he still has enough voice to be able to record a much better album than this. With the exception of one song, this was a waste of his time and ours- his fans. He needs to get back together with a composer like Roberto Livi or Manuel Alejandro who fully understands José's talent and magic! Nonetheless, he is still, and will always be, El Príncipe!"
