This CD is composed of gentle, soothing music that will relax your mind and body, slowing your brainwaves and assisting in practice of healing arts such as massage, reiki, yoga, & more. This music provides a calming background even while it draws you in to its flow, helping release tension and mental overactivity. This recording has the flexibility of being suited for a variety of purposes. It lacks any distinct melody, while it isn't especially rhythmic like much Eastern meditation music or shamanic oriented recordings. Journey to Samadhi, the 2nd track, has some celestial spark to it, while the closing track, Awakening, is really hypnotic and likely to lull you into physical sleep, which may lead you into the Awakening into a deeper level of awareness suggested by the track title."
