CD ReviewsExcellent collection of great JPS marches but! 07/13/1998 (4 out of 5 stars) "The "cover" says the band adheres to Sousa's original "score" but I have heard other bands who I thought produced a more powerful, dynamic sound. Percussion was on the weak side and I was a little disappointed with the woodwinds. I wasn't moved to "deep" patriotism by this group although it is a very good album with a first class selection of Sousa marches. A value at your price."
