"I actually first heard this album sung live, by John Flynn, at a house party in Maryland. I thought the songs were great and the messages important. I did not get a few of the topics until several listens of the CD (i.e., "Dragon," and the fact that the flash of light at the end of "Big Boat Comin'" was the zookeeper shooting the elephant - I thought the sun was coming out and drying up the flood). However, other than the traumatic realization that the zookeeper was saving the animals from drowning the best she could, I really enjoy all the songs I have heard from Mr. Flynn. I have listened to one other album by him (i cannot remember the title), and enjoyed the majority of those songs as well."
