"This is by far my favourite collection of John Denver's songs. All of them are studio tracks, and the best version! (after owning many cd's of John Denver, I realised he has many different versions of many of his songs!). My faourite is 'My Sweet Lady' and I mean boy, this guy can really touch your heart! This version of "My Sweet Lady" is my favourite. Great tracks are "Rocky Mountain High", "Back Home Again", I'm SOrry", "Sunshine On My Shoulders", " Calypso", Annie's Song and others. This is his greatest hits album! It also contains the rare "FOr You" a very touching love song. Boy this guy's romantic! Get this cd- you won't regret it if you like the 70s pop/country/folk."

Timeless music

"I was just a small child when John Denver was at his peak in popularity. I was familiar with the biggest hits like "(Take Me Home) Country Roads" and "Rocky Mountain High," but I didn't know most of his songs.
A friend recently gave me this great collection and I like it a lot! There are so many great songs here: "My Sweet Lady," "Leaving On A Jet Plane," "Sunshine On My Shoulder," - I could just go on and on listing great song after great song.
John Denver had a fantastic voice. Plus, he wrote songs which are truly timeless. I'm hearing them for the first time and most of his songs don't at all sound dated - even though some date back over 30 years.
The sound quality on this cd is very good. There are 20 songs and it's definitely worth the money.
In fact, it's so good that now I'm wanting to buy John's original albums to see what other great songs I've been missing out on all these years."
