Product Description Joe Firstman kicked off his career with an $18 Greyhound ticket from his home in North Carolina to Los Angeles. It all happened quickly: big Hollywood gigs, industry buzz, the deal with Atlantic Records and national tours with the likes Sheryl Crow, Jewel, and Willie Nelson. Firstman wrote it all down and when the world stopped spinning, he'd landed the gig as the bandleader on the Carson Daly Show. For four years, he was playing, writing songs in the style the show's musical guests played and learned how to engage a studio audience. That gig ended in early 2009, and onto his 6th studio album.
