"One of the best "live" concerts I have ever heard in years. "Everything" and "Beautiful Life" are so gorgeously arranged and delivered that I can't help but give this my full endorsement. I know I am being greedy but I would have loved to hear the way she'd tackle "Precious Love" and "Most Of All" on stage as well but what is on the this disc is superior enough to satisfy anyone who loves R&B, Soul, Jazz or Electronica."

"This CD is awesome! Rather than go the usual route, Miss Jody did what Miss Jody does best, she stirs it up! These are new visions of classic Jody Watley tunes with a few surprises thrown in the mix. Lots of sweet jazz vibes and the usual smooth vocal from Miss JW. The new visions of of Don't You Want Me, Still A Thrill, and Real Love are amazing. And you are reminded of what a great song writer she really is going back and listening to Everything. I still haven't completely warmed up to the new take on Friends, but I give her props for keepin it fresh and trying to step outside the box when so many people would have never taken a chance on trying to do something different.



Finally, another review said the sound quality was bad on the CD. Not sure what that person is hearing, or not hearing, but I completely disagree. It's a live recording and sounds pefectly fine to me. Best way to describe it, it has a vibe like it was recorded at a jazz club or something like that. Very intimate feel."
