The musicians are : JIMMY SMITH - organ LOU DONALDSON - alto sax KENNY BURRELL - guitar EDDIE McFADDEN - guitar ART BLAKEY - drums DONALD BAILEY - drums The first and second track are in quartet ( with alto sax); the thirth and the fourth are in trio. "BILLIE'S BOUNCE" is by Charlie Parker, the others are by Jimmy Smith. This is one of the best records of jimmy Smith of the Blue Note 's period !!! "DUEL" is spectacular !!!!!!!! The sound tune is superb and it remainds me the tunes of the topical organist Tony Monaco !!! Enjoy it !!!
