Coleen | Down in the alley | 07/14/2006 (5 out of 5 stars) "Of the 5 JAMC Dual Discs I bought, this one is probably the least essential, because the sound improvement was not quite as noticeable as it was on the other 4, and the videos are the most MTV-like (in other words, the least exciting) yet if you are a fan of the JAMC, it IS essential!! I certainly am KEEPING IT!!!
The sound IS an improvement - on BOTH the CD and DVD sides, and well worth buying!! I just do NOT understand why RHINO did not release the 1988 collection of singles and B-sides, BARBED WIRE KISSES!! It is a BIG HOLE in the Dual Disc collection, and they could have easily included it, with a video of Sidewalking and a bonus video of Some Candy Talking!! I hope they will consider releasing it!!" |
