CD Reviews

Sound MUCH improved on BOTH the CD and DVD sides!!

"First of all, this is a 5 star album to begin with. Originally released in 1992, this release is the JAMC's most intense, searing album, opening with one of their greatest-ever singles, Reverence. The Dual Disc improves the CD sound, and the sound is even better on the DVD side. The 3 videos on the DVD side are all really good, especially Reverence. There is a JAMC video collection on VHS tape, but it is now out-of-print. It is notable that the 3 videos here are NOT on that video collection. This is a MUST for ALL JAMC fans!!!"
Good, solid entertainment

"I bought this in 1992 when Nirvana were kings, and I recall this getting mediocre reviews, but for my money HONEY'S DEAD was good then, and still holds up today. TUMBLEDOWN is my favorite of the bunch, and although FAR GONE AND OUT is the "hit", it's still a pop tune in the classic sense of the genre; despite what anyone might argue, JAMC were always a pop band in the vein of the Ramones or the VU."
