Her personality is her voice and her music, and she deserves to be heard like crazy. It has never been easy for a woman to be accepted as a great blues performer, guitarist, percussionist and incredible human being - but Jessie Mae is all of that and more. If we don't soon realize that this form of music is life itself and the gasoline on which we run we're done for. Let Jessie Mae into your heart because she IS your heart."
