Just about a year ago Jenny & Tyler released a record called, Faint Not. The album chronicles the duo's journey of faith. Jenny & Tyler feel that "Faint Not was a pinnacle point in our career. In a way we feel like we found our voice for the first time." In the Fall of 2011, Jenny & Tyler decided it was time to record something new. They teamed up with producer Mitch Dane at Sputnik Studios to create Open Your Doors. The duo notes, "Mitch really brought the record to life and helped us tell a new story. Open Your Doors is about opening ourselves to the Lord and what He has for us, and choosing to rest in Him. When we gathered the songs together we realized that we'd been struggling to find rest, and I mean true rest, for the past year. It's funny, as songwriters we often fail to realize what we're going through until we write songs about it. Our hope is that our story will encourage others and that the record will really resonate with those who listen to it."
