"Read the box before you buy. Those of you that own the CD 'Peaceful Music For Sleep' already have the music. It is that exact CD thrown in with a few added extras. The quality of the extras doesn't justify the separate purchase. This might make a nice gift purchase for someone looking for a kit, but if you own the CD, just spend a little extra and get some good quality supplies. A company out of Oregon, Mountain Rose Herbs, sell a very nice sleep balm. Having said hat, the music on the CD is very relaxing and enjoyable."
