CD Reviews

NEO FUNK OF THE 90's
12/09/1998
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I'm 18 and I grew up listening to the old funk that my dad played around the house. Jamiroquai reminds me of some of the funk artist of the 70's. The cd is a good mixture of funk, rock, and soul. I love this cd it is on my top 10 favorite cd's of all time. So buy it...turn it up loud...and dance to it while you are doing chores around the house....I't's so funky you have your own personal party by yourself with this one!!!!"
How this differs from the domestic release
09/27/2001
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Is it worth paying the extra money for the import? The extra disc with the remixes is pretty good. On the main CD, the 13th untitled bonus track is the same as the domestic release. The real gem here is the 14th (unlisted) track, which is on the Euro and Australian releases, but not the US - strange, because I think it's the best song on the album. It's the "Function" song, and it's hysterical. For me, it was worth the extra money for this one song alone."
