FIGHTING PIGEONS, James Evans's second release was recorded at Orphan Studio in Atlanta, GA. Evans teamed with producer Glenn Matullo (John Mayer, Shawn Mullins) to create a smoother, more mature sound than his fans came to admire from his first album, NEED. James shows his personal growth as a songwriter, flexing his storytelling ability, filling in the spaces with catchy guitar hooks, memorable lyrics, and powerful vocals. Fighting Pigeons was released in the Spring of 2008 under a new label HORSE KING ENTERTAINMENT. Multiple performances at clubs from the Philadelphia area to Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Massachusetts, provided audiences with a diverse mix of range of alternative to progressive rock. This four piece band offers something for everybody.
