Jaed is Vanessa Eve Morphea from Melbourne. She plays guitar. And sings. Her biog comes with a parental advisory sticker, as do her uncompromising lyrics which bitterly document a young life of abusive father, drugs and sex. Having been rumbled for 'holding up a taxi driver at scissor point' she was eventually caught stealing from her local record store. The owner took pity and introduced her to big time Aussie producer Baz Palmer (Hunters and Collectors). She unwittingly became the star of a prime time documentary series last October in Australia, based on the developing artists of producer Palmer.
