Using a process developed by JVC and Universal Music Japan discovered through the joint companies' research into LCD display manufacturing SHM-CDs feature improved transparency on the data side of the disc allowing for more accurate reading of CD data by the CD player laser head. I've seen a lot of rock bands and no one and I mean NO ONE brings it like the J. Geils Band. From "Pack it Fair and Square" to "Lookin' for a Love" you feel like you are actually right there. Detroit was one of the band's favorite places to play and it shows on this, maybe the greatest live rock and roll album ever recorded."
