CD Reviews

Spectrum&The Imaginary Friends-'Interface/Come Out To Play'
Mike Reed | USA | 07/28/2006
(3 out of 5 stars)

"A 2000 release of Sonic Boom(from Spacemen 3),with some help from Imaginary Friends. This seven track CD isn't NEAR as good as his 'Forever Alien' effort(see my review).Best described as experimental/ambient pop.Tunes here that are most notable are the catchy opener "Glitch",the punk-like "Syndrome" and the ten-minute "Taste The Night".Spacemen 3 completists and REAL open-minded collectors would likely get more from this piece than I did."
