"Will I" is a gotta buy just like "Castles In the Sky"!
Dance Music Guy | Cajun Country, LA | 02/19/2002
(5 out of 5 stars)

"After "Castles In the Sky" was released, I was highly anticipating Ian's follow-up to his smash-hit debut. Well I must say, I was definitely not let down! This song may become way bigger than "Castles...". The one thing that really impressed me about his first single was the quality of the remixes. "Will I" has the same outstanding quality, and then some. You just cannot beat remixes by well-known talent like Lange, Pulsedriver(remixed Fragma's "Everytime U Need Me" and DJ Encore's "I See Right Through to You"), Dee Dee("Forever"), and Peter Luts(who had the hottest remixes of "Castles..."). The remixes are all lengthy, so you really get what you pay for. This track has the same style of heavenly vocals, sweet lyrics, awesome synth-efx & beats, and great buildups/breakdowns. Just like his previous track, it's a trance or dance lover's dream! This is an excellent pickup for DJs. I highly recommend this single to anyone that likes Fragma, Astroline("Close My Eyes"), Milk Inc.("Walk On Water"), Sylver("Turn the Tide"), or iio("Rapture"). Once you hear it, there should be no question of "Will I" buy it? If my review was helpful to you, then don't forget to vote. THANKS!"
Transcendental heavenly trance....!

"In these times, when mainstream American pop culture is dominated with sadistic hip-hop, and monotonous tones of alternative indie-rock...The European scene is something so refreshing delivering a sense of refined energy, euphoria and yet a blissful journey into what the "future of electronic dance music is supposed to be". TRANCE in its various forms has evolved as one of the most profound genres of underground dance music. Notably "progressive/epic" trance has evolved into various acts, from the pioneers such as Ferry Corsten(aka System F),Paul Van Dyk,Dj Tiesto,Armin Van Buuren, and Lange..to its predecessors combining pop and trance such as Alice Deejay, and Fragma. One of the most remarkable acts to evolve from Belgium is Ian Van Dahl. The vocals on this particular track, "Will I?" are from Annemie Coenen, which truly sends the listner in a state of eternal bliss. The US version is definitely worth your buy, since it contains 10 tracks(notably the 'Kool De Sac Remix' which is only available on the US version) instead of the 7 tracks on the Australian import. The tracks on the US version are:
1.Dee Radio Edit
2.Radio Edit
3.Extended Mix
4.Dee Dee Remix
5.Hemstock & Jennings Remix
6.Lange Remix
7.Coast To Coast Remix
8.Pulsedriver Remix
9.Peter Luts Remix
10.Kool De Sac Remix
The CD lasts approximately 70 minutes! Every mix is as solid, as refined as it can be. My personal favorites are the Lange Remix, and the Coast To Coast Remix. The 'Lange Remix' has a sort of melodic epic feel, a certain balaeric vibe which fills your heart with elation, and the 'Coast To Coast Remix' is sort of an uplifting, pulsating rhythm, with beautiful drum and synth sequences that will make you dance thru the night,as if at a rave...
To sum it up, this CD is definitely worth it, if you're in search of something truly refined with ecstatic energy, and beatiful vocals that put your heart and soul into another world!"
Some great remixes here

"In summary, like other reviewers have said, if you like Ian van Dahl, you'll love this disk. The song is along the same lines as "Castles", but more uplifting and romantic. (Not that "Castles" was bad! They are just two different songs.) If you're not reallt familar with IVD, then you might want check a clip of the song out before you buy, just to make it sure it's something you like. Assuming you do, it's the ten remixes of "Will I?"on this CD that make it really worth it. (And, hey, it's ...[a good price for 70 minutes of music.) Like the remixes on "Castles", they are all like six, seven or eight minutes and are very well done. I like the Dee Dee Remix and the Kool de Sac remix the best. But there is something here for everyone, so you really can't go wrong.Assuming that you like to hear different remixes of the same song, and don't expect 10 completely different songs, this is a great CD for eurodance fans."
