"I heard Tower Records playing this in their jazz section a few months back and had to have it myself. I'm ashamed to admit I'd never heard of Houston Person before that day, but now I'll never forget him. I'm a big fan of ballad masters like Coleman Hawkins AND Ben Webster and I'd definitely add Houston Person to that list. This album is a masterpiece from start to finish. Not a disappointing groove on the whole album. Smooth and mellow from start to finish, just like a fine red wine - awesome!"
