I bought this piece of crap at a TOWER RECORDS!!!. These arent the original songs and probably not even the same band. But thanks to people like you, who take the time to enlighten the rest of us, we, too, will not be taken by such ridiculous business-oportunisitic-ploys! Eric Burdon is an amazing musician. Whether with the Animals, War, or solo, his music is well-worth discovering or re-discovering. But if Animal Freak (especially when noticing that screenname) says this album is a SCAM, then BELIEVE him, and do NOT give a penny to the company of such a fraudulent ripoff!" Eric resings these tunes with a new band, so the tempo and production is different than the original 'album/radio' version. This is nonetheless a good album as it features the mainline songs, sung slightly different. Soul and emotion is still there in the tunes.
