CD Reviews

Would have given it 6 stars, but they wouldn't let me.

"Top Gun is that rare type of movie that is completely driven by its soundtrack, and the only movie that I know where the soundtrack is as popular, if not moreso, than the movie itself. Every track on this soundtrack is fun. This is the CD I listen to when I'm working out because it just makes you wanna get up and move. I remember listening to this when I was little. Great memories!!"

"Probably one of the very few audio CDs that I own that I can listen to all the way through and NOT have to skip tracks because I find the song distasteful or boring. The first song "Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins gets you going, and in the mood of the movie, and by the time you get to the end with "Top Gun Anthem" by Steve Stevens and Harold Faltermeyer, you've pretty much got an idea of what the movie is about, and what emotions you are going to feel. Every song in this soundtrack pretty much mirrors the movie. A must have for anyone who owns Top Gun, and loves it as much as I do, even if you don't like Tom Cruise, the movie is still a classic to this day, and this soundtrack certainly proves it."
