This CD has done an excellent job introducing a new language to my son. He loves asking for food or drink in Spanish and never passes up the opportunity to use his newfound skills while we're at the zoo, park or just driving around town. It's a giant leap from the old "Cielito Lindo". I really love that there's a authentic Latin flavor done in a kitchy cool way that appeals to cool goofy kids. Habla blah blah even re-inforced my Spanish! The phrases, vocalizations and vocabulary are useful... My son and I talked about translation because of the CD and I think it helped him understand the big concept that people from different places say and think the same, but use different words (languages) because everyone needs to know... where's the bathroom? The CD is simple and fun and doesn't seem like a "learning" tool, perfect for young kids. We listen to it in the car all the time, and my son loves to say "habla blah blah" and sings "hola, como estas" etc...
