I was excited when I found it because I am a fan of musical flops, which generally have fine scores. This is no exception. Though the characters and script may not be the most fantastic, as a CD, this show functions well. The voices are pretty good and it makes for good listening." I considered three of the performers friends at the time and after reading the CD credits I realized I couldn't even remember one of them being in it.The songs hold up better than I'd expected . With all that said, if you are a fan of Carol Woods this marked her Broadway debut.After seeing her audition, Hal Prince had an additional role added to the show in order to feature her talent.If you've heard her do her medley of dialogue rather than songs, this CD contains one of those "forgotten songs" :These Eyes OF Mine. Here's your chance to hear it."
