CD ReviewsFantastic. Absolutely Great! Isis Elizabeth | Guadalajara, Mexico. | 03/24/2003 (5 out of 5 stars) "Gosh... well, after some time, there's no more than 24 hours since i could finally hold my copy of this album. I just gotta tell that after reading all this previews i knew for sure it would be a great album, but honestly it is better than words can describe. It is really interesting the way it explores music, and the feeling of it is very nice and fresh. Nice rhythms, riffs, and drumming of course! I'm a fan of Dave's drumming and just like a couple of previous reviewers, i think it was the worst mistake to fire Dave from PJ, and i certainly feel that they lost some popularity after that, he's simply the best drummer they ever had. I still listen to their music, but still think they're just too dumbs for doing that. But nevermind... i higly recommend this album. No disappointments for sure." Great! Isis Elizabeth | 10/25/1998 (5 out of 5 stars) "I am a friend of Dave's, and he sent me a demo of this album a few months before they finalized it. Once I heard it, I was dumbfounded at how amazingly cool it sounded. The opener, "Brittle", is a mellow track with acoustic guitar, percussion and ringing overtones. Then, the band moves into straight-ahead, funky rock with Don't. Other rockin' tracks are Bogey had Leeches, Waitin' for Sid and Look Away. Some of the mellower tracks are absolutely hypnotic, like Tree, Sleep, Given the Time and Remains. I think Pearl Jam are big @$$holes for firing Dave! But, this record is great for pretty much any mood you're in."
