"This was a a recording that I have listened to so many times and yet everytime I feel like I am listening to genius at work. Bach being the best composer of organ music ever, and Biggs being the best organist since Bach himself. Bach shows what other composers miss when they try to compose for the organ and believe me many have tried to emulate or better his sound. Mozart called the organ the queen of instruments, yet he was not himself able to master this instrument as well as Bach. There is something about his compositions that lacks in what others have written. For one his pieces are generally much more complex and intricate with massive sounds and requires a better trained organist. This second recording of the great perludes and fugues with Biggs should not be missed and I consider them to be among the best classical recordings ever produced and recorded."
