CD ReviewsGomorrha -'Trauma' (Spalax) Mike Reed | USA | 08/25/2004 (4 out of 5 stars) "Gomorrha was a short lived band that existed for just a few years in and around Rhineland,Germany.'Trauma' was their second lp that was originally put out in 1970.It was produced by the progressive/kraut pioneer Connie Plank.Best described as heavy krautrock,was even recommended to me by a long-time krautfan.I'm glad that he told me all about this CD,otherwise I NEVER would've even known about it.The best cut would be the thirteen-minute title track,which is a real mind scorcher!Also "Summer" and "Firehands" show some promise.To the best of my knowledge,members of the band had stepped out of the business for good.They've got one other lp out that's been also reissued on CD.Nice obscurity to hunt down.Not a bad disc to own."
