Ortman | Midwest | 02/21/2001 (4 out of 5 stars) "If you are going to buy this album, strictly because you are a fan of John Roome's main project Witchman, you may not realize what you are getting yourself into. This album has none of the smooth breakbeat work, it contains some similarities in the dark atmospheres, however, the atmospheres on dustbowl are much noisier and harsh. This release is certainly a very strong one. However, if you are not a fan of dark ambient experiementation, than this probably is not for you."
