Synopsis

Product Description
Gladys Hardy is hilarious, opinionated
and unpredictable, but never
mean-spirited. She also claims to be
88 and holding , born in Knoxville and married to Floyd. When the woman who said she was an Austin, TX, grandmother called in to the Ellen show early in 2007 during a viewer phone segment, her downhome humor made her an instant sensation. Subsequent phone calls have launched her as a homespun national favorite. Now Gladys Hardy, aka Nana, gives America a piece of her mind with commentaries on modern life and current events with her debut album, I Love Jesus But I Drink A Little.

CD Reviews

Very Funny Lady
Martha Hildebrandt | Havana, Florida United States | 04/26/2008
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I happened to hear Ms. Gladys for the first time a few days ago during a telephone interview on the John Boy & Billy Show. I was laughing so hard I was crying! Ms. Gladys is such a naturally funny lady -- as many octogenarians are (I live with one, too!). I was excited to hear that this CD is available . . . just had to have it to share with my family. Hope you enjoy it as much as I am."
Too Funny for Words
Madam Pince | Virginia | 11/17/2008
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Don't eat or drink while listening to Gladys Hardy, because you'll spew your food from giggling. Don't attempt driving, because you'll veer off the road while convulsed by a belly laugh. Gladys says what she thinks, never edits herself, and reveals herself as a feisty old woman who'll give you hell but love you all the same."
