Happy Sad ?

"This cd is sheer brilliance; rapturously played, varying from brief bursts of energetic hardcore noise to jazzy flounderings while being at the same time a very traditional album. Insightfilled lyrics, playful as ever. I always get this wonderful, strange feeling of crying with happiness when Howe starts singing about "Good cop Yang and bad cop Yin.. strap on cuffs and take him on in.." And I've recited 'Loretta and the Insect World' aloud dozens of times. Happy sad ? Their best record, as fine as the rest of them are. But also this is perhaps more of an "acquired" taste than some others so for a soft and spellbinding start you could try "Chore" before entering here. But try something you should or you're missing something unique & wonderful."
